چکیده

Iron-based catalysts are widely used in water treatment and environmental remediation due to their abundant content nature ability activate persulfate at room temperature. Here, eggshell biochar-loaded natural iron slag (IO@ESBC) was successfully synthesized remove tetracycline hydrochloride (TCH) by activated persulfate. The morphology, structure chemical composition of IO@ESBC were systematically characterized. IO@ESBC/PS process showed good performance for TCH removal. decomposition rate constant (k) 0.011 min−1 the degradation 3690 mmol/g/h this system. With increase PS concentration content, removal both increased. can effectively pH 3–9. There different effects on reason that addition matrix species (humic acid, Cl−, HCO3−, NO3− HPO42−). system degrading mainly controlled free radical pathway (SO4•−, •OH O2•−) non-free (1O2). loading ESBC slows down agglomeration between particles, more active sites exposed. still above 75% after five cycles IO@ESBC. This interesting investigation has provided a green route synthesis composite driving from waste resources, expanding its further application remediations.

Large-scale synthesis of single-crystalline iron oxide magnetic nanorings.

We present an innovative approach to the production of single-crystal iron oxide nanorings employing a solution-based route. Single-crystal hematite (alpha-Fe2O3) nanorings were synthesized using a double anion-assisted hydrothermal method (involving phosphate and sulfate ions), which can be divided into two stages: (1) formation of capsule-shaped alpha-Fe2O3 nanoparticles and (2) preferential ...

Pharmacokinetics of tetracycline hydrochloride in fat-tailed sheep

Tetracycline may be used to treat several types of bacterial diseases in ruminants. In addition, tetracycline is added to food to promote the growth. There are few reports on the pharmacokinetics of tetracycline in sheep. Therefore, the objective of this study was to examine the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the drug in sheep. Ten apparently healthy mixed-breed sheep were administered 20 m...

Pharmacokinetics of tetracycline hydrochloride after single intravenous injection in dogs

Six mixed-breed apparently healthy dogs were intravenously administered a single dose of tetracycline hydrochloride (50 mg/kg) to evaluate the pharmacokinetic parameters of the drug. Blood samples were collected before and at various time intervals after the administration of the drug. Serum tetracycline concentrations were determined over a 24 h period using fluorescence spectrophotometry. Non...
